Key Responsibilities:
Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and overnight guest inquiries.
Balance and audit daily revenue transactions and prepare night audit reports.
Ensure that all charges and payments are posted correctly in Opera.
Reconcile room rates, taxes, and payments across departments.
Prepare reports for management and accounting teams.
Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests during night hours.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Front Office Agent.
Proficiency in Opera PMS is essential.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Good understanding of hotel front office operations and accounting basics.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
