Key Responsibilities
  • Actively generate and follow up on sales leads for residential and commercial properties
  • Advise clients on property values, market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations with prospective buyers and investors
  • Negotiate offers and close property sales to achieve and exceed targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM systems
  • Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and company listings
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies throughout the sales process
