Job Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering activities for the Operator Training System (OTS), providing value-added engineering solutions.
• Ensure successful design completion, maintaining quality to meet review and audit requirements.
• Manage project schedules to meet delivery timelines and oversee the delivery of model sections for integration.
• Work according to specifications for model areas.
• Participate in OTS project validation and witness testing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in Simulation & Digitalization fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Hands-on experience in commissioning OTS in refining, petrochemical, and polymer process units.
• Experience with OMEGALAND software for OTS implementation is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of working on DCS platforms.
