Job Responsibilities
  • Plan schedule and oversee daily O&M activities related to Telecom Power Plants HVAC systems (split units package units chillers) and other E&M infrastructure.
  • Prepare and manage CWP Operating Manpower and ADCAB budgets; monitor monthly expenditures and ensure compliance with approved limits.
  • Compile project requirements assist in finalising technical specifications estimates and schedules; coordinate with HO consultants and contractors.
  • Plan and carry out preventive maintenance to avoid service interruptions especially for telecom‑critical systems.
  • Supervise installation testing and commissioning of E&M systems; ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Identify equipment and plant needs in advance and plan augmentations accordingly.
  • Monitor spare parts stock levels track usage and initiate timely reordering.
  • Guide and train subordinate staff on the operation and maintenance of both existing and new equipment.
  • Participate in emergency breakdown repairs when necessary and ensure quick resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with defined safety standards and company procedures.
  • Report regularly to E/PP&AC on progress issues and updates related to ongoing work and projects.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelors in Engineering (Masters preferred)
  • 10-12 years of experience
  • Telecommunication/power industry preferred
