The Head of Sales & Marketing role will cover the South Asia region based from Dubai. The role reports to the President of the South Asia region. This is a strategic role in the building of future business for the geographical area by setting vision, strategies, policies and processes for Sales & Marketing; ensuring its implementation to achieve the overall regions business objectives both short and long term. This role owns the product and marketing strategy of multi-brands for all the countries under South Asia region.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Achievement of the regions business objectives
2. Setting Vision, Strategies, Policies & Processes
3. Ownership of all Sales & Marketing
4. Prepare, Monitor & Review Business Strategy, Business Plan and overall P&L
5. Business Intelligence
6. Audit
7. Plan & organize Exhibitions & Roadshows

Qualification & Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar position
2. University degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration
3. Excellent Communications, people management and presentation skills, coaching abilities.
4. Fluent spoken and written English
5. Strong analytical skills
6. Sales & Marketing experience in European Trucks/Commercial vehicles
7. Good knowledge of transport business
