We are currently seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage our warehouse operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory control. As a key part of our supply chain team, the Store Keeper will ensure that goods are properly received, stored, and dispatched in a timely and efficient manner.

Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality of goods
Store materials and supplies in the designated areas with proper labeling and organization
Maintain inventory records and ensure real-time updates in the inventory management system
Issue materials and equipment to departments and ensure accurate tracking
Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile with inventory records to identify discrepancies
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/store at all times
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments for inventory requirements
Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for replenishment when needed
Adhere to health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment
Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing stock, including invoices and delivery notes
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a warehouse/logistics role
Strong understanding of inventory management principles
Familiarity with warehouse equipment and handling tools
Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Physically fit to handle warehouse duties when required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics/supply chain are a plus
Previous experience working in a logistics or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of UAE customs and import/export procedures
Forklift license or warehouse equipment certification
Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
