Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Officer to hire at one of our groups leading companies. The Quality Control Officer will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction of our organization. They will be responsible for overseeing and continuously improving quality standards within our operations. The role involves developing implementing and monitoring quality control processes training programs and updating manuals to ensure that all team members have clear and comprehensive guidelines to follow.
Responsibilities:
Quality Control Standards:
Develop implement and maintain quality control standards.
Regularly review and update quality control policies and procedures to align with industry best practices.
Address any attendance & performance related matters to personnel
Training and Development:
Create and conduct training programs for personnel to ensure they understand and adhere to quality standards.
Collaborate with department managers to identify specific training needs and deliver training materials accordingly.
Manuals and Guidelines:
Update and maintain operation manuals guidelines and documentation to ensure each role has clear and uptodate instructions.
Work closely with team leads and supervisors to ensure that all procedures are accurately documented.
Quality Audits:
Conduct regular quality audits of operations.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze data related to quality control identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management.
Compliance and Regulatory Standards:
Stay uptodate with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Ensure that operations comply with all relevant regulations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with department heads team leads and staff to address quality concerns and make necessary improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. quality management logistics supply chain management).
Proven experience in quality control.
Strong understanding of quality control standards processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to collect analyze and interpret data.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the logistics and transportation industry.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Working Conditions & Requirements:
Must have own drivers license and vehicle
The Quality Control Officer will primarily work within the warehouse and office environments.
Occasional travel may be required to visit delivery fleet locations or attend training sessions within the UAE.
