We are looking to hire a Senior Manager - Accounts Payable who will play a key role in managing complex Capex invoice processes and delivering value through innovation and efficiency for one of the largest semi-government organizations in Dubai.

Key responsibilities :

• Oversee and ensure timely, accurate processing of Capex invoices aligned with internal protocols and SLAs.
• Collaborate with procurement and other key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
• Review and manage exception handling, POC (proof of completion), and vendor account reconciliations.
• Drive internal controls and risk assessments to ensure compliance and prevent fraud.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead process optimization initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of 2–4 professionals in their growth and performance.
• Bachelor’s in Commerce / Business Administration (Finance) / ACCA, CIMA, or ACA preferred.
• 5–7 years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Deep understanding of Invoice-to-Pay processes and AP principles.
• Experience in Real Estate Finance and / or Finance Shared Services is a plus.
• Familiarity with Middle East business environments is an advantage.
• Leadership and team development skills.
