As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building products that make an impact and contribute to business growth
• Leading all aspects of product management and development cycle including design, planning, specification, go-live, and rollout
• Working with other product managers globally and cross-functionally across Rapyd. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams of developers, UX designers, tech writers, and business analysts to execute a roadmap
• Engaging with stakeholders across the organization to bring new features and ensure awareness of product status and roadmap risks

Requirements:

• Setting achievable milestones while iteratively building products
• Ability to break down complex needs into manageable features for optimal market fit
• Ability to communicate knowledgeably with eCommerce players, banks, lenders, FinTechs, and clients who work with payments daily
• Strong product sense, with the ability to understand problems or opportunities and translate them into products
• Decision-making and prioritization skills using data
• Experience as an agile product owner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A degree in Computer Science or related technical field is an advantage
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
