The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing digital platforms including websites, mobile apps and web portals. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Oversight: Manage and oversee all digital channels including websites, mobile apps and web portals ensuring they align with the organization's objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital channel strategies to enhance visibility, engagement and conversion rates.
  • Content Management: Coordinate the creation, editing and publishing of high‑quality digital content that resonates with the target audience and enhances user experience.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze channel performance using analytics tools to identify trends, optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams including marketing, IT and design to align digital channel activities with overall organizational goals.
  • User Experience Optimization: Continuously improve user experience across digital channels by implementing best practices and leveraging user feedback.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for digital channel activities ensuring efficient allocation and cost‑effective strategies.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices across digital channels.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing channel management or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Ability to document user story, use cases, diagram systems & business processes.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of health insurance concepts is a plus.
