A leading healthcare technology firm is seeking a CHB and CRM Product Manager in Dubai. This role is key in product development and financial performance management across the UAE, Oman, and Qatar. Candidates must have 5 years of Customs experience and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Job description

The CHB and CRM Product Manager is responsible for the product development strategy and product performance management in general. This role is a critical stakeholder to the operational and financial performance of the product level and oversees the growth ambitions of product's Area business plan. The geographical coverage of the role include UAE, Oman and Qatar countries.

We're only looking for External - UAE National candidates with a family Book.

Responsible for:
  • Align the Customs/CRM Product strategy to the overall Area growth business plan.
  • Execute global initiatives and strategy.
  • Secure product compliance by driving risk mitigation from sales process to onboarding.
Drive growth enablement
  • Identify impact zones for growth delivery and provide guidelines to the sales community
  • Increase product visibility to improve product penetration with other products
  • Standardize product and pricing to facilitate commercial (cross-) selling
  • Work closely with sales team to drive pipeline, volume conversion.
  • Secure product innovation and development to create customer stickiness.
  • Define and drive value propositions and capabilities in alignment with the different verticals.
Own product financial performance
  • Responsible for product revenue (pricing), GP, EBIT and volume.
  • Provide the local operations and CX team with guidance, leadership and supports on any issues relating to revenue enhancement, procedures standardization or risks to PnL.
  • Closely collaborate with product FbP to ensure effective financial management
  • Manage annual product budgeting process.
