• Must have 7+ years as a BA in trading, energy or financial markets.
• Strong Endur functional knowledge across at least one asset class.
• Experience writing clear, testable requirements in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation workshops for Endur changes.
• Document high-quality user stories, process flows and functional specifications.
• Work with architects and developers to validate solution options.
