We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Female Purchasing Assistant to join our team.

The Purchasing Assistant will support the purchasing department in procuring materials, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

1. Assist with the procurement of materials and supplies needed for production.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases.
4. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
5. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications: Previous experience inside UAE (MEP) is a plus.
