Job summary
A logistics company in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support daily operations. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory records, and preparing logistics reports. Ideal candidates should have good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Freshers and candidates with prior experience are welcome to apply. This position requires physical fitness for operational tasks and a proactive approach to logistics.

- Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.

Skills
We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Assistant to join our operations team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting daily logistics activities, including coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with the smooth movement of goods and materials.
To be successful as a Logistics Assistant, you should be organized, able to meet deadlines, and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and stock levels
- Prepare and update logistics documents and reports
- Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and warehouse staff
- Monitor delivery schedules and report delays or issues
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of goods
- Liaise with supervisors to ensure logistics requirements are met
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and willing to assist in operational tasks
