Job summary
A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Traffic Department Helper to support daily operations of the traffic department. Responsibilities include scheduling vehicle dispatches, coordinating with drivers, preparing transport documents, and assisting with loading and unloading activities. Ideal candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, be willing to work flexible hours, and possess a high school diploma. This position offers a dynamic work environment committed to excellence in transport operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or a similar field is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of transport regulations and procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching vehicles based on delivery and transport plans.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure adherence to routes and timelines.
- Help prepare, review, and distribute transport-related documents.
- Support the loading and unloading of materials as needed.
