Job summary

A leading international contractor in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Procurement Specialist with experience in EPC projects, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will hold a BSc in Electrical Engineering and have strong analytical skills, excellent command of English, and proficiency in ERP Procurement software. This role involves supporting electrical packages, ensuring compliance in supplier selection, and maintaining the Project Procurement Plan. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of procurement experience in EPC projects.
  • Highly preferable experience with ADNOC/ARAMCO.
  • Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Support electrical packages and source suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with supplier pre-assessment.
  • Communicate bidding requirements to all departments.
  • Maintain the Project Procurement Plan.
  • Participate in commercial and contractual analysis.
  • Assist in the conclusion of Comparison Statements.
  • Review commercial and contractual correspondence.
  • Participate in Quality Control and Logistics.

Skills

Procurement experience in EPC projects
Oil & Gas experience
Dealing with suppliers & sub-contractors
MEP & HVAC experience
Professional knowledge in ERP Procurement software
English command (written and oral)
