Job Description

• Identify and engage top-tier talent in the oil & gas construction industry through proactive research and networking.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical competencies and cultural fit for specialized roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop precise job specifications, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company culture.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and professional networks, to attract niche skill sets.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to continually refine recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, fostering a talent pipeline for current and future project needs.
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on market conditions and candidate availability.
• Implement and optimize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve processes.
• Participate in industry events and forums to enhance the company's brand presence and network with potential candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, specifically within the oil & gas construction sector.
• Proven track record in headhunting and direct sourcing of specialized roles in challenging markets.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment process.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages relevant to regional markets is preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and qualifications within the oil & gas construction industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders.
