Qualifications

Job description
Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, payroll coordination, document management, and HR systems—particularly SAP SuccessFactors. The role involves handling high-volume employee requests and ensuring smooth HR service delivery for a workforce of 800+ staff.

Multilingual candidates are required, especially those fluent in European languages (such as French, Spanish, Italian, Greek, or others).

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR-related support
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Support managers with employee disciplinary and performance processes

HR Systems (SuccessFactors)

  • Maintain and update employee records and workflows in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Support HR modules including onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and performance tracking
  • Generate HR reports as required

Payroll & Documentation

  • Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate monthly submissions
  • Track attendance, overtime, and leave data
  • Manage employee files (digital and physical), visa and medical records, and all HR documentation compliance

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Handle a high volume of day-to-day HR requests from employees across departments
  • Support onboarding, contract renewal, transfers, and offboarding processes
  • Liaise with PRO and admin teams for visa, medical, and government processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of HR experience in a mid-to-large organization (800+ employees)
  • Prior experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a must
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
