A regional organization in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to manage HR operations and support recruitment. The ideal candidate is a Saudi national female with 1-3 years of experience in HR, strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, and excellent communication skills. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with labor regulations and supporting employee relations.

- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team for Saudi Arabia. This role is exclusively for Saudi national females, in line with local regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

- Ensure alignment with company policies and labor regulations.
- Saudi national female as per local regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
