As part of our growing HR team in Dubai, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our people operations. You will play an integral role in daily HR operations, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives that drive our business forward.

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain accurate and secure employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and procedures.
• Coordinate HR events, training sessions, and workshops.
• Prepare HR-related reports and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Assist with HR documentation and process improvements.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
