Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes across our 6 aesthetic clinics in Dubai. This role is crucial for supporting a positive workplace culture, talent development, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for all clinical and non-clinical staff.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations.
Maintain and update HR policies, contracts, and documentation in line with local regulations.
Support clinic management in workforce planning, shift scheduling, and manpower optimization.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with finance.
Implement training programs and development plans in coordination with department heads.
Ensure compliance with MOH/DHA/DOH regulations where applicable.
Foster a healthy and productive work environment that aligns with the brand culture.
Handle disciplinary actions and ensure fairness and transparency across all branches.
Provide monthly reports and HR analytics to the CEO and senior team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field. (CIPD certification is a plus)
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-location operations.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and healthcare HR practices.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to manage confidential data with professionalism and discretion.
