Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and employee data.
  • Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and confirmation letters.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HR software knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • OWN VISA IS MANDATORY.
