Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management while ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years' experience and strong organizational skills. Professional HR certifications are a plus. This role requires adaptability and effective communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager.
  • Strong background in Human Resources Management.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD and/or SHRM are an advantage.

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Develop and update HR policies in line with UAE Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE Labor Law and best practices
  • Manage performance management systems, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, compensation, and benefits administration
  • Manage HR operations across multi-entity or group company structures
  • Prepare HR reports and provide strategic HR support to management
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager
  • Strong and well-rounded background in Human Resources Management
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence with strong conflict resolution and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD and/or SHRM are an advantage
  • Leadership Style: Hands‑on leader with strategic thinking, strong problem‑solving capabilities, and a compliance‑driven approach
  • Very good communication skills in English, Arabic will be an advantage.
