The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in HR management within the UAE real estate sector and a strong knowledge of UAE labor law. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with MOHRE regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for fostering a positive work culture. Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.

Requirements
