Job summary
A leading hospitality brand is seeking an experienced General Manager for their new 3 Fils Restaurant branch in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead all operations, ensuring a premier dining experience, team leadership, and financial accountability. With over 7 years in the F&B industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior role, candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, budget management, and exceptional communication skills. Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for premium dining and operational excellence? We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to launch and lead our new 3 Fils Restaurant branch in Dubai – a brand known for innovation, authenticity and award‑winning culinary excellence.
As General Manager you’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end operations, team leadership, guest satisfaction and P&L accountability. You will champion our brand values while ensuring seamless service, high team morale and strong financial performance.
- Lead day‑to‑day operations of the new restaurant to ensure a world‑class guest experience
- Hire, train and mentor a high‑performing front‑and‑back‑of‑house team
- Oversee quality control, hygiene standards and food safety compliance
- Implement operational strategies aligned with brand vision and SOPs
- Drive revenue, profitability and manage budgets, costs and forecasts
- Maintain vendor relationships, procurement and inventory management
- Handle guest feedback and ensure service recovery where needed
- Monitor KPIs, service standards and regularly report performance metrics to the Head Office
- Coordinate marketing events and customer engagement initiatives
- 7+ years of F&B industry experience with at least 3 years in a General Manager or similar senior role
- Proven experience in fine‑dining or premium casual dining environments
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor controls and cost management
- Exceptional leadership, team‑building and training skills
- Deep knowledge of UAE hospitality trends, customer behavior and local regulations
- Outstanding communication, problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with launching or opening new restaurant locations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred
