Job summary
A dining establishment in Al Ain seeks an experienced restaurant manager to oversee daily operations, recruit and train staff, maintain food safety standards, and manage finances. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of management experience in the UAE/GCC, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role also involves developing marketing strategies and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in restaurant management, preferably in UAE/GCC.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant financials (P&L, cost control, KPIs).
- Experience in casual dining or healthy food concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and food safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff across all departments.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Develop and execute marketing promotions.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor financial performance: sales, costs, and profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations.
- Prepare performance reports for ownership.
- Implement cost control strategies.
- Build a positive work culture within the team.

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for ownership.
- Implement cost control strategies to optimize food and labor costs.
- Build a positive and professional work culture within the team.
