A well-being company in Dubai is seeking an HR Data Specialist to manage employee databases and assist the payroll team. Key responsibilities include maintaining HRMS data accuracy, supporting payroll processes, and responding to employee queries. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in GCC, and be proficient in HRMS tools like Success Factors or SAP S4 Hana. This role demands high attention to detail and strong communication skills.

This role requires the incumbent to maintain employee database in the HRMS of the organization. Participate in data audit, periodical updates to employee data, conduct data validation of the new joiner’s data every month. Provide monthly assistance to payroll team during payroll processing period.
