Role Overview

This role requires the incumbent to maintain employee database in the HRMS of the organization. Participate in data audit, periodical updates to employee data, conduct data validation of the new joiner’s data every month. Provide monthly assistance to payroll team during payroll processing period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake all actions in Success Factor based on the requests received like Line Manager changes, Transfers, Promotions, Salary increment etc.
  • Bank Details Updates for employee
  • New Hires & Separation to be done in Success Factors
  • New Hire/On-Boarding File Validation
  • Employee Letter, Promotion Letter & Salary Increment Letter generation
  • Employee Verification emails to be responded appropriately
  • Ensures all supporting documentation pertaining to hires and personnel actions is updated accurately in SF & SAP.
  • Process, monitor and review employee master data against documentation and employee files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established processes.
  • Review and process all relevant sensitive data pertaining to employee life cycle activities such as hires, terminations, employee status changes, transfers (inside country & outside country), cost center changes/ promotions etc.
  • Compile and analyze HR master data, monitor error reports. Take necessary action to correct/resolve errors in the SF
  • Participates in testing, trouble shooting and problem resolution in the development and maintenance of human resources data bases
  • Provide support to group level and employees across all BU’s & liaise between employees for issuance of all types of HR related letters
  • Support bulk updates and load files for master data changes
  • Liaises with Banks for employee verifications
  • Assist in Success Factors implementation processes
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Prepare data/dashboard with accuracy for data representation to management, audit por any other requirement
  • Maintain high levels of integrity of data and information with absolute confidentiality
