Minimum Requirements

Primary Functions
  • Work with the Product lines and Area HRBP to implement HR Strategy and to ensure that entity is resourced to deliver on its strategic objectives.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with best practice and organizational changes.
  • Lead and facilitate the recruitment process across the country and ensure that all hiring is done in accordance with compliance organizational budgetary guidelines and ensuring people with the right skills experience and attitude are appointed to the positions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive on-boarding process for employees during their first months of employment extending continuous support throughout their employment.
  • Work with the Product lines and Area HRBP to ensure that compensation framework is reviewed and benchmarked across the country to ensure attraction motivation and retention of employees.
  • Coordinate with Local and Regional Management to identify training and development needs for employees and organize local training initiatives to bridge the competency gaps in co-ordination with Product lines and Area HRBP within budget guidelines.
  • Implement employee development initiatives communicated by the Area HRBP and ensure target training hours are met.
  • Facilitate annual performance evaluation process across the country and ensure the guidelines are met in accordance with the instructions from the Area HRBP.
  • Guide managers on employee relationship and HR issues in line with company policies including disciplinary grievance performance and absence management.
  • Lead integration of the entities under BV UAE and ensure common practices and policies are applied across all entities.
  • Participate in the Organizational design initiatives and facilitate effective communication.
  • Regularly conduct the audits across the entities and ensure compliance with the company regulations.
  • Monitor HR KPIs with respect to recruitment on monthly basis and advise management on deviations accordingly.
  • Lead local HR Managers ensuring all HR operational and transactional activities such as employee creation in database confirmation separation employee time and absence record management etc. are timely implemented.
  • Timely submit all regional reports with data accuracy.
  • Increase retention percentage within the entity.
  • Ensure complete compliance towards government regulations including employee labor law Health Safety and Environment (HSE).
  • Act as a focal point for the local labor government entities and authorities.
  • Manage HR and Admin teams within local offices.
  • Partner with the business and work closely with Product lines and Area HRBP to achieve financial and business objectives.
  • Lead engagement programs such as BVOCAL survey and actively participate in various employee engagement initiatives.
  • Advise on HR regulations within the entity on decisions relating to employment of staff.

  • Maintain lead time of Recruitment.
  • Timely and accurate HRIS data management.
  • Successful implementation of Induction programs within the regional timelines.
  • Timely closure of payroll process.
  • 100% compliance towards every HR function in line with Regional HR guidelines.

  • Decreased attrition rate within the entity.
