Job summary

A cluster of select-service hotels in Dubai is seeking an HR Officer. The successful candidate will support HR operations, enhance colleague engagement initiatives, and drive recruitment strategies across various platforms. Ideal candidates are organized, empathetic, and have strong interpersonal skills, with a preference for degrees in Human Resources or Hotel Management. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Organized, empathetic, and enthusiastic about people and development.
  • Experience in HRIS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational leaders to drive effective recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience from interviews to appointment letters.
  • Support employee relations, payroll, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in HR matters.
  • Coordinate with government authorities for compliance with labor laws.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources.
