We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in warehouse management, and the ability to streamline processes to meet organizational goals.

Experience-Min 9 years

Salary Range- AED 10000-12000

• Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with JAFZA import/export regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to align warehouse activities with business needs.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring safety and proper maintenance.
• Address and resolve issues related to inventory accuracy, delivery schedules, and operational challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of JAFZA import and export regulations is essential
