- Generate auto loan business through dealerships, brokers, corporate leads, walk‑ins, and referrals
- Build and manage a strong dealer & client network
- Handle the full sales cycle: Lead → Pitch → Document → Credit → Disbursement
- Close deals consistently and hit (and beat) monthly targets
- Track leads and follow‑ups using CRM and digital tools
- Ensure accurate documentation, KYC, and compliance
- Watch the market, understand competitor offers, and position smarter
- Deliver a smooth customer experience to drive repeat and referral business
- Hands‑on experience in auto loans / retail lending / financial sales
- Proven ability to close deals and build relationships
- Strong understanding of vehicle financing, credit basics, and documentation
- Confident communicator (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Comfortable working independently, in the field, and under targets
