Job Purpose
Accountable to establish and implement Business Analysis best practices to capture business requirements, analyse, model and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
Principal Accountabilities
• Analyses business needs and conceptualizes solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Should be Customer centric, achieve customer satisfaction and maintain proper perspective in all activities.
• Should be able to effectively communicate (verbal or written) with Customers, Implementation team and Product vendors on the matters related to all aspects of service delivery
• Interacts with business users, understands and analyses business processes, creates business requirements and converts them to functional specifications
• Coordinates development with Application development manager
• Interacts with other GIT teams like Infrastructure, Systems Development and Application support teams
• Defines test scenarios based on the business processes
• Develops test plans
• Conducts test according to created test plans
• Coordinates user testing
• Identifies issues, tracks, reports and resolves them in a timely manner
• Works with business units to identify required changes.
• Communicates needed changes to development team.
• Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively.
• Coordinates resources availability in accordance with project schedule.
• Analyses the requirements and estimates the cost of implementing the solution
• Provide inputs on costs to Integration and Smart services manager
Education
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or equivalent
• Preferable professional certifications: Certification in business analysis (eg. CBAP etc) and project management (e.g. PRINCE II, PMP, etc)
Experience
• 5+ of Information Technology experience 2+ years of relevant working experience
