Ontime Group is seeking a European or Arab Receptionist to join our innovative Weight Loss and Slimming Clinic. This role is essential for providing exemplary customer service and administrative support to our clients creating a welcoming environment that promotes health and wellness.

• Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth upon arrival
• Manage incoming calls schedule appointments and maintain the clinics calendar efficiently
• Provide clients with detailed information about our weight loss and slimming programs
• Assist in the check-in and check-out process ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
• Handle payment processing billing inquiries and assist with insurance verifications
• Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Previous experience as a Receptionist in a weight loss wellness or slimming clinic is preferred
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; Arabic or European languages are a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Experience with appointment scheduling and managing clinic operations
• Proficient in using office software and electronic medical record systems
