Overview of the role:

A Visual Merchandiser Display Stylist must be attuned to all areas of popular culture and creativity to bring a fresh perspective to our brand. The role involves presenting products in an attractive manner to draw customers and maximize sales.

What you will do:

• Display the brand by seasonal trends and be able to mix and match outfits in windows and in-store as per the company’s brand standards.

Store Display Standards:

• Display window and in-store mannequins/torsos to promote brand styling and implementation standards.
• Display window and in-store mannequins/torsos to highlight specific products or top sellers.
• Coach store staff and visual merchandisers on product display on mannequins, torsos, windows, and in-store displays.

Visual Style:

• Create designs and plans by hand or computer.
• Decide how to use space and lighting creatively.
• Develop visual merchandising packs for each market/store.
• Set up displays, graphics, action areas, and posters in windows and indoors.

Operational Effectiveness:

• For new store openings, be involved in the placement of graphics and visual merchandising displays.

Required Skills to be Successful:

• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator for CAD work.
• Innovative with suggestions for improvement.
• Creative and imaginative.
• Good sense of design, color, style, and fashion.
• Practical skills such as carpentry and needlework.

What equips you for the role:

Minimum Qualification and Knowledge:

Education: University degree, preferably in Interior Design, Merchandising, or Fashion.

Minimum two years of visual merchandising experience in retail fashion.
