Job summary

A multinational trading company in Dubai is seeking an Arabic / French speaking Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to visitors and assist in administrative operations. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls, and supporting various office tasks. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, prior experience in customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The salary range is AED 7,000 to AED 10,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic and French (both spoken and written).

Apt Resources is looking for an Arabic / French speaking Receptionist to join our clients office at a multinational trading company. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to both local and international visitors and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the office.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in Arabic and French and provide information as needed
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support various administrative tasks including data entry and filing
  • Assist other departments with projectrelated tasks as required
Requirements
  • Fluent in Arabic and French (both spoken and written)
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
