We are seeking a creative and results-driven Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join a dynamic marketing team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing within the hospitality or luxury service industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences and driving digital performance.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies to promote the hotels brand, rooms, restaurants, and experiences.
- Manage online presence across all digital platforms including website, social media, email marketing, and third-party travel sites (OTAs).
- Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand identity and global marketing standards.
- Analyse campaign performance and digital analytics to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, PR, F&B, events) to support integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage SEO / SEM, social media ads, and online reputation management.
- Coordinate with digital agencies and partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and SEO / SEM best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
- Experience in photography, videography, or content creation is a plus.
- Locally available & with UAE experience is a plus.
Basic Salary: AED 8000-9000 / USD 2100-2450
Housing allowance: AED 3750 / USD 1020
Transportation allowance: AED 500 / USD 136
