Job Summary

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and resourceful Marketing Manager to take full ownership of Nafsi’s growth and brand.

You’ll work directly with the C-suite to execute and scale Nafsi's marketing strategy across paid campaigns, organic channels, and storytelling that drives both conversions and trust. You'll oversee a team of marketing specialists (SEO, Meta, Content Creation) and work closely with the Business Development and Product team to execute the overall growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong grasp of content marketing, campaign planning, influencer collaborations, and social storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with campaign metrics, tracking, and ROI optimisation.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Notion.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic proficiency).
  • Nice to have: Experience with SEO, written content planning, and PR coordination.
  • Experience in agile startup teams or health‑tech environments.
