As we expand globally, we’re looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own user retention, engagement, and reactivation across Freedx’s communication channels. You’ll manage CleverTap campaigns, design email and push journeys, and segment users to deliver personalized experiences that drive activity and loyalty. This is a strategic yet hands‑on role for someone passionate about data‑driven lifecycle marketing and customer engagement.
