As a Senior Associate in Sales Business Development, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and strengthening long‑term relationships with key accounts in the UAE. You will work to position Carrier as a world leader in climate and energy solutions, presenting the best Carrier capabilities to create value and become the trusted partner for our strategic customers. This role is crucial in driving customer engagement, expanding key relationships, and ensuring Carrier becomes the client’s first choice.
Implement key account and business development strategies to achieve assigned KPIs.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling to existing and prospective clients.
Develop and execute customized account plans aligned with client goals and Carrier’s strategic objectives.
Identify and research potential clients through online research, networking events, and industry publications.
Generate leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Conduct initial outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce Carrier solutions.
Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with key decision‑makers.
Understand client business drivers, needs, and industry trends to offer tailored solutions.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow‑ups.
Manage long‑term contracts with a focus on client retention and sustained value creation.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM and generate performance and pipeline reports.
Propose end‑to‑end packaged solutions based on client feedback.
Collaborate internally to develop strategies that meet client needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
MBA is an advantage.
