Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, Email, Social Media, and Affiliate Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with website management, analytics, and digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns: SEO/SEM, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Display Advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Execute strong SEO strategies, including AI‑based searches and keyword optimization.
- Develop, update, and maintain the company website and digital screens.
- Create engaging content, visuals, and short videos using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage and grow affiliate marketing programs.
- Collaborate with creative and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to refine strategies.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels effectively.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors for campaign execution and content development.
- Perform A/B testing to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Handle administrative marketing tasks and assist with digital screen scheduling and posting.
Compensation
Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 monthly. Visa sponsorship is available. Medical benefits are included. Airfare coverage provided. Bonuses and rewards are according to company policies.
Required Skills & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO/SEM, Affiliate Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Experience in campaign performance analysis and reporting (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiar with website development tools and digital screen management software.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
