In this pivotal role you will develop and implement sales strategies to expand the companys footprint in the HORECA market. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients managing a sales team and driving revenue growth through effective sales practices.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the HORECA market and achieve sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HORECA sector.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients within the hospitality and catering industry.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to enhance their performance and productivity.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of catering services.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the HORECA sector or catering industry.
• Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Leadership experience with the ability to train and motivate a sales team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software for sales management.
• Good understanding of market trends and customer needs in the HORECA sector.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
