Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Business Development
    • Develop and execute sales strategies for offline retail channels targeting revenue growth and market expansion.

    • Identify and secure new business opportunities fostering long term partnerships with key customers retailers and strategic accounts.

    • Maintain key account relationships ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and repeat business.

    • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmark to inform pricing, product placement and promotional strategies.

  2. Partner Training & Enablement
    • Train partner teams and retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques and operational procedures to ensure consistent brand representation.

    • Provide technical guidance and SOPs for handling complex situations such as warranty claims, repairs or customer escalations.

  3. Warranty & After-Sales Support
    • Oversee warranty claims including in-store repairs and replacement logistics.

    • Develop guidelines and training modules for partner teams to handle warranty and service issues effectively reducing resolution time and operational load.

    • Monitor after sales metrics, identify trends and propose solutions to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.

  4. Operations & Commercial Enablement
    • Manage product listing and catalogue optimization for Retail partners ensuring accurate SKU pricing and compliance with brand standards.

    • Handle financial operations including invoicing payment reconciliation and commercial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    • Lead seasonal planning coordinating new product launches, advance orders, inventory allocation and sales projections for upcoming seasons.

    • Provide data driven insights to optimize stock levels, improve partner readiness and maximize profitability.

  5. Strategic Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, supply chain and finance teams ensuring smooth end-to-end operations.

    • Develop and implement process improvements and SOPs for sales partner training and operational workflows.

    • Deliver analytics and performance reporting to leadership enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Education
  • ​Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field.

  • Master's degree (MBA/MSc) is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience
  • 57 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Commercial Operations or Retail Partnerships within consumer electronics, mobility, technology or FMCG sectors.

  • Demonstrated success managing offline retail channels, distributors or key accounts.

  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, expanding retail footprints and developing sales strategies.

  • Experience managing after-sales operations, warranty processes and customer escalations across retail partners.

  • Strong background in partner training, field enablement and building SOPs for sales service and retail operations.

  • Hands‑on experience with financial operations including invoicing, reconciliation, discount structures and commercial reporting.

  • Exposure to seasonal planning, new product introductions and demand forecasting with retail partners.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain and finance to deliver operational excellence.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders.

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets competency; experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex operational issues.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment with minimal supervision.

  • High attention to detail especially in managing pricing, catalog updates, and partner compliance.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field. 5 years of experience in social media marketing preferably within an e-commerce environment. Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian culture consumer preferences. Strong understanding of social media channels Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat X. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple social media campaigns simultaneously. Creative mindset with the ability to craft culturally relevant engaging content.
