A leading Islamic Bank in Dubai is seeking a Manager for Sales & Service Incentive Management Business Planning & Analytics. This role involves managing accurate and timely computation of incentive payouts, developing automated processes, and analyzing incentive structures to optimize performance. Ideal candidates will have 6-8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. Strong proficiency in Business Intelligence tools is essential, along with expertise in banking operations.

Client: A leading Islamic Bank
Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures SLAs and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and ensure risk mitigation.
Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures, quality standards and SLAs of the department.
All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.
Basic Education: Bachelor's degree in technology/science/Statistics or any quantitative field.
6-8 years of experience in incentive computation and management for banks
