A leading recruitment agency in Dubai is seeking a qualified QA/QC Manager for a beverage company. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years' quality control experience, specializing in the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong understanding of QMS and HACCP. Responsibilities include managing quality documentation and supervising a team of lab technicians. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
Qualifications
- Degree in Food Technology or Food Science.
- 10 years of experience in Quality Control.
- 5 years in Food & Beverage production.
Responsabilités
- Manage quality control including documentation.
- Supervise Microbiologists, Chemists, and Lab technicians.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and QMS.

Western qualified Quality Control specialist with a Degree in Food Technology / Food Science. Well versed with QMS and HACCP certified. Minimum of 10 years experience, including 5 years in the Food & Beverage production industry in Europe or GCC, handling documentation, auditing and supervision of Microbiologists, Chemists and Lab technicians.
