Office Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, preparing documents and presentations, and managing office supplies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Visa sponsorship available for Indian nationals only
- Female candidates preferred
Salary:
1400$ per month
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
