Job summary
A healthcare trading company in Dubai is seeking a medical sales representative to promote products within urology and physiotherapy sectors. Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree, have 2–3 years of experience in medical sales, and have a strong networking capability with healthcare professionals in the UAE. This role requires excellent communication skills and a valid UAE driving license.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in urology or medical devices.
- Strong network with doctors, clinics, and pharmacies in the UAE.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to promote company products.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report market insights.
- Organize product presentations and training sessions.
Skills
Education
- Conduct regular visits to urology doctors, wellness centers, physiotherapy clinics, and pharmacies to promote Prostherma and other company products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Drive sales by demonstrating the value and clinical benefits of Prostherma to both doctors and patients.
- Organize and conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report market insights to management.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential outlets.
- Ensure effective distribution of promotional materials (brochures, samples, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical sales (urology, physiotherapy, or medical devices preferred).
- Strong network with doctors, clinics, and pharmacies in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
