To drive B2B revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with Channel Partners, including business setup consultants, intermediaries, and service providers. The Channel Partner Advisor plays a critical role in partner onboarding, education, support, and performance management while ensuring accurate guidance, seamless communication, and alignment with company goals.
Generate revenue through effective management of incoming inquiries and business opportunities sourced via Channel Partners.
Responsibilities
- Train and guide new and existing partners (including setup consultants and firms) to improve their sales effectiveness, knowledge, and alignment with our offerings.
- Conduct a minimum of 35 face-to-face meetings per month with active and prospective CPs, logging all meetings with summaries and proof (e.g., photos) in Zoho CRM.
- Visit and maintain relationships with key Channel Partners, proactively addressing challenges and facilitating issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information to CPs regarding company setup processes, eligible business activities, free zone regulations, and policy changes.
- Ensure partners have full clarity on terms, pricing, documentation, and service workflows to enable correct client advisory.
- Communicate regularly with CPs to nurture strong professional relationships and reinforce engagement with the organization.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets, maintaining strong gross profit contributions from CP-generated business.
- Attend networking events, expos, and business development forums (as delegated) to onboard and grow the CP base.
- Deliver excellent customer service to CPs by being responsive, solution-oriented, and consistently professional in all interactions.
- Provide timely reports on the number of closed sales, partner status, and pipeline to the line manager.
- Coordinate internally with Compliance and client servicing teams to facilitate the processing of client applications sourced through CPs.
- Support CPs in guiding their clients from inquiry through incorporation, including visa support and fee explanations.
- Stay up to date with all updates, functionalities, and features of the Channel Partner Portal to ensure accurate guidance and support.
