Your Mission

Lead and scale Kavak’s growth in the UAE by driving customer acquisition, optimizing marketing investments, and enabling sustainable growth through performance excellence and data‑driven decision‑making. You will define strategic priorities, manage budgets, and orchestrate cross‑functional initiatives that maximize the efficiency and impact of every marketing dollar spent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target Definition: Establish and align marketing and acquisition targets with company growth objectives, ensuring a balanced approach between volume, CAC, and conversion efficiency.
  • Budget Allocation: Strategically allocate marketing investments across channels and levers to optimize performance and meet ROI goals.
  • Growth Impact Analysis: Understand and evaluate the influence of other growth drivers such as pixel implementation, pricing, and commercial conversion rates. Lead country‑specific ad‑hoc analyses to uncover actionable insights.
  • CAC Guardrails: Monitor acquisition costs and enforce guardrails to ensure profitability and sustainability of campaigns.
  • Weekly Agenda Leadership: Define the agenda for the marketing performance rhythm: identify key focus areas, ensure timely pre‑reads, and act as PMO for commitments tracking and follow‑ups.
  • Budget Accuracy vs. BP: Ensure accuracy of budget forecasting and alignment to the business plan (BP), driving accountability and financial discipline.
  • Incentive Design: Enable and execute impactful commercial and marketing incentives that accelerate conversion and revenue generation.
  • Cross‑functional Leadership: Collaborate with commercial, data, and product teams to identify opportunities, remove bottlenecks, and drive end‑to‑end growth performance.
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Be eligible for the Emiratization program and hold the corresponding Family Book.
  • 6–8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital strategy roles within high‑growth tech, e‑commerce, or mobility companies.
  • Proven experience managing multi‑channel paid media campaigns and driving efficiency at scale.
  • Previous leadership experience managing teams and coordinating with regional or global stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • MBA or postgraduate studies preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Excellent business acumen with a deep understanding of marketing levers and financial metrics.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution.
  • High accountability and ownership of performance outcomes.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and align multiple stakeholders.
