A logistics company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily operations related to freight forwarding and transportation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in logistics within the UAE, demonstrating strong knowledge of customs procedures and excellent communication skills. The role offers the opportunity to optimize processes in a fast-paced environment.
Qualificações
- 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and documentation.
- Skills in communicating effectively with security guards to ensure proper cargo management.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate daily operations related to freight forwarding and warehousing.
- Handle inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, and customs agents.

- 1.Coordinate daily operations related to freight forwarding, transportation,security guard and warehousing.
- 2.Handle inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and land freight) and ensure timely delivery.
- 3.Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, customs agents, and other stakeholders.
- 4.Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
- 5.Prepare shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- 6.Monitor cargo movement and provide regular updates to clients.
- 7.Resolve operational issues, delays, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- 8.Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and transactions in the system.
- 9.Skills in communicating effectively with security guards to ensure proper container and cargo entry/exit management,accurately collect data and resove on-site issues.
- 10.Support logistics team with process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and documentation.
- Familiarity with logistics software,IDB duty-free system,ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills in site.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic ,Chinese,is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
