Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities and lead labour teams effectively
• Oversee 2‑3 projects at a time ensuring progress and timelines are maintained
• Coordinate material delivery, subcontractors and site logistics
• Ensure workmanship quality, safety compliance and adherence to project specifications
• Resolve on‑site challenges proactively and provide regular progress updates to management

Candidate Requirements

• 2‑3 years of UAE experience in landscaping
• Mandatory hands‑on swimming pool construction experience
• Educational background in Civil Engineering
• Strong leadership and labour management skills
• Good knowledge of UAE plants softscape practices and planting techniques
• Proficient in Hindi or Urdu
• Valid UAE driving license required
