Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking a Van Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team and ensure product availability across channels. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with strong knowledge of route planning and market execution. Responsibilities include optimizing sales routes, building retailer relationships, and overseeing van stock. Candidates with a valid UAE driving license and experience across Dubai routes are preferred.

A leading food and beverage distributor, manufacturer and logistics company based in Dubai.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise van sales reps to achieve sales, coverage, and distribution targets across Lower Trade and Self‑Service channels.
  • Plan and optimize routes, ensuring full market coverage, product availability, visibility, and correct pricing/merchandising execution.
  • Build strong retailer relationships, resolve issues, negotiate visibility/shelf space, and support trade promotions.
  • Oversee van stock, cash collection, invoice reconciliation, and track sales KPIs to improve team performance.
Qualifications
  • Male, 40 years old and below.
  • At least 5 years sales experience in FMCG industry, with strong knowledge of Lower Trade and Self‑Service channel.
  • Proficient in route planning, market execution, and core sale.
  • Must have Valid UAE driving license with hands‑on field experience across Dubai routes.
