Job description

Responsibilities

• 1.Coordinate daily operations related to freight forwarding, transportation,security guard and warehousing.
• 2.Handle inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and land freight) and ensure timely delivery.
• 3.Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, customs agents, and other stakeholders.
• 4.Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
• 5.Prepare shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• 6.Monitor cargo movement and provide regular updates to clients.
• 7.Resolve operational issues, delays, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• 8.Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and transactions in the system.
• 9.Skills in communicating effectively with security guards to ensure proper container and cargo entry/exit management,accurately collect data and resove on-site issues.
• 10.Support logistics team with process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with logistics software,IDB duty-free system,ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills in site.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic ,Chinese,is an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
