Job summary
A leading logistics provider in Dubai is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at a Delivery Station. The ideal candidate will lead teams, manage logistics, and drive performance metrics while fostering a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include supporting team management, problem-solving, and ensuring operational efficiency. Candidates should have 1 year of management experience and a Bachelor's degree. This role requires flexibility in schedule and the ability to handle physical tasks.
Qualifications
- 1 year of employee and performance management experience.
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of the Amazon Logistics.
- Support daily management of the station and allocate labor.
- Dive deep into metrics to find root causes for improvements.
