Qualifications

• Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean methodology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within both AMZL and FC environments.
• Lead, train, and develop high-performing teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes.
• Effectively communicate metrics and report exceptions.
